Production Planner

Your future challenge

As a Production Planner with us, you will be a key player in our Production Planning department, which is part of Assembly Integration and Test. Your role involves planning the production of our high-tech vehicles, and you will have close collaborations with operational purchasing, production, and project managers.

In your role, you will be responsible for vehicle manufacturing both internally and with our partners. You will follow up and report on material and production status to the project, focusing on creating efficient processes and delivering high quality.

Your daily tasks include:

• Analyzing and releasing production orders for our products with the support of SAP.
• Monitoring material status and continuously communicating with the purchasing department to report material status in production.
• Replanning and managing changes in production documentation as needed.
• Reviewing changes in vehicle configuration and updating documentation in ongoing production.
• Collaborating with external partners during assembly/production at other locations.
• Maintaining close dialogue and follow-ups with assembly and other relevant sections within production.
• Driving the journey within communication, analysis, digitalization, and operational improvements.

Who you are

An academic degree, preferably in logistics, production engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent, is advantageous. We also value several years of practical experience in leading roles, material planners, production planners, coordinators, and preparers. Experience working with systems such as SAP, Aras, and the Office suite is a significant plus.

You thrive in team settings and possess strong collaboration skills, while also being service-oriented and always striving to deliver high quality. You are self-motivated and capable of working systematically, even in situations that require problem-solving and quick decisions.

Your working style is characterized by analysis, methodology, and systematics, combined with a desire to build relationships and communicate. You are skilled at making clear priorities to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and accurately. You have a genuine interest in continuously developing both yourself and our processes to create improvements and successes.
